This is a pancake of Korea style using the zucchini .
Korea’s title is a Hobak(Korean zucchini)-Jeon(Pan-fried)
A basic ingredient :
Egg water – 2 eggs
Flour – 1/2 cup
Korean zucchini – 1ea
